I build companies, and the foundations they run on.
I grew up in Boulder and have spent most of my life climbing, flying and chasing adventure around the world. I spent ten years running an aviation company in Australia before coming home to Colorado.
Today I’m building NovaSapien, the operating foundation for ambitious companies. One connected system that builds what a business needs, runs the routine, and shows its leaders what needs them.
Projects
NovaSapien↗The operating foundation for ambitious companies.
NovaSapien Labs↗Brand, websites and growth systems for businesses.
NovaSapienBTC↗Bitcoin self-custody: training, tools and wallet recovery.
Wild Sky Paragliding↗Tandem paragliding over Boulder.
Earth Coast Productions↗Fractional CFO, 2020 – 2024: business systems, finance and the first fundraising round, as the company grew from one person to about five.
SkyDance↗2012 – 2026: Outback air safaris and adventure flights out of Brisbane, Australia.
In aviation, every critical failure point needs a backup.
